Job summary

Harmons Grocery is seeking a friendly meat department associate in Utah to educate customers about fresh-cut meat products, sample items, stock the meat service case, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll assist with both self-service and full-service cases while delivering outstanding service to every shopper.

The role requires customer-focused communication, willingness to work weekends/evenings, and a Food Handler’s Permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell Harmons’ fresh meat products with excellent customer service.
• Educate customers about ingredients and products.
• Stock and maintain the meat service case and sanitize its area.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and signage for items in the meat department.
• Assist with stocking the self-service and full-service meat cases.
