Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display; stock and rotate products.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas full and clean.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, and equipment.
• Arrive on time; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales via proper prep, storage, stocking, merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and customer areas.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
