Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is hiring for a prepared foods associate at our Franklin, TN location. You will help with fresh food and rotisserie items, wrap, label, and store merchandise, and assist members with bakery orders while maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prepared foods, educate teammates, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food to item specs, plan productions, ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld devices to drive decisions and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: Manage area performance, stock and rotate items, control quality and waste, assist customers.
