Sam’s Club is opening a brand-new club in Katy, TX, and we’re seeking a Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate to help deliver high-quality, ready-to-enjoy meals for our members. You will prepare, cook, package, and wrap items, ensuring food safety, proper temperatures, and consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience in food service is preferred.
Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package fresh food items according to recipes and company standards.
Cook and monitor rotisserie chicken to ensure quality, consistency, and proper temperature control.
Wrap, label, and store products to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas and displays.
Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and dispose of low-quality items.
Support high-volume production needs while managing multiple tasks.
Assist members with questions and provide excellent customer service.
Work collaboratively with associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
