Sam’s Club Katy is opening a brand-new club in Katy, TX, and we’re seeking prepared meals and rotisserie chicken associates to help launch the first moments of service. As a founding team member, you’ll shape the member experience, build relationships, and pioneer a culture of excellence from day one.

You’ll prepare fresh meals, cook rotisserie chicken, and ensure food safety and temperature standards while delivering a great member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh food and following recipes.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach and strong teamwork.
• Availability for weekends/holidays and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package fresh food items according to recipes and standards.
• Cook and monitor rotisserie chicken, ensuring quality and temperature control.
• Wrap, label, and store products to maintain freshness and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas and displays.
• Monitor expiration dates and dispose of low-quality items.
• Support high-volume production while handling multiple tasks.
• Assist members with questions and provide excellent service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
