Job summary

Sam's Club in Lansing, MI is seeking a Team Member for prepared foods to help prep, wrap, label, and serve fresh items, including rotisserie chicken, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle temperature control, sanitation, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while leveraging digital tools to boost sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow recipes and standards for prepared foods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food in the prepared foods area.
• Maintain temperature control, check expiration dates, and dispose of non-conforming items.
• Keep shelves clean and organized, and handle claims and returns per policy.
• Assist customers with bakery orders and provide excellent service.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and use digital tools to support operations.
