Job summary

Sam's Club in Bangor, ME is hiring for a team member in the prepared foods area. You will prepare fresh items daily, wrap and label merchandise, and help members with bakery orders while maintaining cleanliness and temperature control.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues, follow recipes, and adapt to changing tasks, delivering high-quality products and friendly service to members. Growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared foods; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates.
• Be an Expert: prepares food according to item specs; plans future productions; ensures seasonality and safety standards; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment.
