Genghis Grill is hiring for a Free Market Bar Host. You will accurately set up, maintain, and break down the Fresh Market Bar, assist guests with questions, and ensure the bar is stocked, clean, organized, and inviting.

The role requires knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining high standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
• Able to keep the Fresh Market Bar clean and organized.
• Demonstrates teamwork consistently.
• Can multitask while maintaining standards of operations.
• Detail-oriented and respectful to guests, managers, and team members.
• Available to work opens, swings, and closes including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down the Fresh Market Bar.
• Assist guests with questions at the Fresh Market Bar.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and inviting.
• Follow prep sheets, recipes, and specifications.
• Ensure items are available, high quality, and made to spec.
• Safely handle equipment, utensils, and supplies.
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
• Follow cash handling policies where applicable.
• Notify management of non-routine situations.
