Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and portion standards.
• Cook and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and stock stations with ingredients and supplies.
• Work multiple kitchen stations (grill, salad, expo) during shifts.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation, minimize waste.
• Assist with catering orders and opening/closing duties.
