Whole Foods Market in Kirkland is seeking a Team Member to support Prepared Foods operations, customer service, and merchandising. You will assist with production, labeling, dating, and rotating products, help customers, and maintain a clean, safe work environment on the floor.

Responsibilities include following recipes, documenting waste, and ensuring proper safety and sanitation practices. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dates, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures product production is performed using correct measuring devices and all recipes are followed.
• Helps customers understand the difference between WFM products and products at conventional stores.
• Maintains clean and organized walk-ins and freezers.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures and company policies.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
