Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Sales Ambassador to engage customers, sample products, and help guests discover healthy options in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

You'll prepare and serve food, assist with event activities, and share product knowledge to drive sales while adhering to food safety guidelines. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a passion for fresh foods.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Energetic and passionate about Sprouts products.
• Ability to stand at the Tasting Station for up to 8 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engaging customers while sampling products.
• Preparing and serving food using an induction cooktop, toaster oven, blender, etc. with specific cooking directions provided.
• Cutting and sampling produce and grocery product.
• Achieving sales goals by sharing product with customers and encouraging them to try new products.
• Coordinating all event activities, including: event setup and takedown; communicating upcoming events in department manager meetings; managing sample supply and sample product inventory; preparing event recaps via SharePoint.
• Maintaining program specific equipment.
• Adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
• Completing assigned online trainings to build your knowledge base.
