Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service is helpful but not required.
• Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
• Comfort learning and using job-specific technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a fresh, welcoming store environment across Fresh departments.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
