Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to enhance the store experience in our Fresh departments. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure clean, well-stocked displays.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments to support operations and safety standards. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery departments.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
