Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge across Fresh departments.

You will create a welcoming store environment, assist customers, and support merchandising standards to keep displays fresh and organized. You will collaborate with teammates across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, applying safety procedures and using store technology to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
