Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to support our Fresh departments with friendly, proactive service. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and maintain attractive displays in a fast‑paced supermarket environment.

You’ll work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, stocking and merchandising while following food safety standards. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, visually appealing displays in all Fresh departments.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use the POS system to complete transactions and tasks accurately.
• Support other tasks to keep store operations running smoothly and safely.
