Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver strong customer service in our Fresh departments. You will provide product knowledge, assist customers, and maintain attractive displays while handling stock and merchandising tasks.

This role emphasizes a friendly attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with safety procedures and teamwork. Training and development programs are available to grow your retail career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
