You will be active in a fast-paced environment across Fresh departments, with responsibilities spanning customer service, merchandising, and teamwork.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, accuracy in using store technology, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn store technologies and use job-specific tools.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Physically active, able to lift, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
