Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift and transfer boxes up to 60 lbs., with or without assistance.
• Follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves across departments (Dry Grocery, Dairy, Frozen).
• Fill bins in frozen foods and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Receive deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
