Job summary

Sam's Club in Oxford, AL is seeking a Team Member to assist in prepared foods and rotisserie chicken operations. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise, help customers with bakery orders, and maintain clean, organized shelving while ensuring freshness and proper dating of items.

You will assist across departments, use digital tools for production decisions, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-based environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods and assist customers and co-workers across areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specs, plan for seasonality, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld technology to assist production decisions and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure date control and waste reduction, and support customers per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service, energize the team, and advocate for the department.
