Job summary

H-E-B in Texas is seeking a Production Representative to provide customers with fresh, made-in-store products such as salads, sandwiches, and pizzas while upholding department and food safety standards.

You will cut, slice, package, label, and stock items; assist in multiple prep areas; support catering orders; and help maintain a fast-paced, clean retail kitchen environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Culinary knowledge required.
• Reading and writing skills required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to rotate shifts ( evenings, weekends, holidays ).
• High-volume food production experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cooks, slices, dices, chops food per recipes and SOPs.
• Packages, labels, stock, rotate made in store products.
• Completes tasks at assigned workstation.
• Assists in multiple food preparation areas.
• Assists in catering orders as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed.
