Job Description

We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Under the supervision of a manager, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist with daily operations. We are looking for individuals eager to grow professionally and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules, and prepare production packets including sheets and recipes.
2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
3. Maintain food safety and quality standards according to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure proper storage of food items in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
5. Manage serving schedules and ensure food items are served per menu specifications following company policies.
6. Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Keep accurate inventory records weekly.
8. Prepare orders as needed to meet production demands.
9. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor employees to promote growth, efficiency, and teamwork.
10. Ensure a safe working environment free of hazards.
11. Perform maintenance logs and recommend equipment replacements as necessary.
12. Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions when needed.
13. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades.
14. Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
15. Support the Food Service Director or Manager with various duties as required.
16. Fill in for absent staff as needed.
17. Coordinate and prepare for catering events, including occasional night and weekend shifts.
18. Participate in staff meetings and maintain effective communication.
19. Perform cashier duties if necessary.
20. Promote positive public relations.
