This role emphasizes a friendly, customer-first mindset, ability to learn store technology, attention to detail, and a calm, efficient approach in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or food service experience helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Every shift, your work helps keep our store running smoothly and our customers coming back
