Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the deli area.
• Operate slicer, wrapping and cooking equipment and maintain all equipment in safe condition.
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory requirements; obtain Food Handler permit.
• Work in different temperature environments (cooler and freezer).
• Other duties as assigned.
