Job description

Fresh Cuts Warehouse Picker (Manufacturing)

The FC Warehouse Picker is responsible for rotating stock, maintaining accurate inventory, scanning raw materials (RM) to production, and ensuring warehouse housekeeping standards are met.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Work in a cold temperature environment (36-38°F at all times).
  • Stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
  • Scan all RM into production per work orders (WOs) and back into inventory, including extras and returns.
  • Assign and scan returns into a single location.
  • Execute FIFO method with all RM on hand.
  • Move P/Q Raw Material to BIRR.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by checking daily across locations and reports.
  • Perform inventory adjustments based on office audit results.
  • Coach, assist, and oversee new trainees.
  • Enforce GMPs, HACCP, and SQF regulations during daily operations.
  • Keep the FC Warehouse area organized, clean, and neat, including racks.
  • Report incidents to FC supervisory or management team.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • At least one year of stock experience.
  • Ability to operate a Rabbit jack / stand-up forklift.
  • Ability to use wrist-type scanners.
  • Ability to work standing for at least 8 hours.
  • Legible reading and writing skills.
