Job summary

FreshPoint Central Florida, Inc., Division of FreshPoint Central Florida, Inc. in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line. You will help keep the work area clean, organized and safe while completing packing and processing tasks.

The role requires observant eyes to spot issues and communicate improvements to the Line Leader. No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer High School or GED but not required.

• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role (preferred).

JOB SUMMARY:

The Fresh Cuts Associate is responsible for supporting the Line Leader with day-to-day activities on the production line. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks. The Fresh Cuts Associate must be observant, identify issues proactively, and communicate potential improvements to the Line Leader.
