Job summary

Kimberton Whole Foods is hiring for a full-time Fresh Cut Produce Associate to join the Collegeville team. The role offers full-time, 40 hours per week with one weekend shift required, on a Tue-Sat schedule within a 6:30am-8:30pm window.

Starting hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, with extensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a 401K with company matching after one year. Must be 18+ to apply and duties include slicing, packing and labeling produce, inventory management, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to slice, weigh and label produce.
• Maintain inventory levels and accurate pricing.
• Rotate produce using FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Slicing of whole fruits and vegetables, packaging, weighing and labeling of cut produce containers
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels and ensures accurate pricing on products received and sold
• Completes all necessary sanitation standards within Fresh Cut areas of produce department
• Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis.
• Follows the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the department
• Working in collaboration with the Produce Department head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage
