Festival Foods in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Fresh Cut Clerk to join our Produce team. This part-time position focuses on keeping the fresh cut department stocked and appealing, delivering high-quality fruit and veggie platters for daily life or special occasions.

AVAILABILITY NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED 7AM-2PM. You will report to the Produce Department Manager/Fresh Cut Manager and contribute to guest satisfaction through proactive service and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required to engage with guests and team members.
• Safety awareness and adherence to safety policies in a grocery environment.
• Ability to operate and handle fresh-cut equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain freshness and stock levels in the fresh cut department.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of the department and sanitize work areas and shelves.
• Monitor quality and food safety logs and meet daily quantity targets.
• Attend to schedule commitments and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
