Lee's Marketplace, Inc. is seeking a Produce / Prep team member to prepare and portion fresh produce, label and rotate items, and keep the prep area clean and safe. You will restock shelves, assist guests, and support the team in delivering quality products with a friendly, efficient service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or food-prep environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow food-safety guidelines and maintain clean prep areas.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and package fresh cut produce per recipes and quality standards.
• Label, rotate, and ensure freshness of products.
• Maintain sanitation of prep area and equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Restock cooler and communicate supply needs to the Produce Manager.
• Assist guests with service and product knowledge while maintaining productivity.
