• Knife skills and safety awareness; precise prep tools handling.
• Ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety guidelines.
• Friendly, helpful customer service mindset with clear communication.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and organized workspace.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
