Job Title Fresh Cut Produce Lead

Report to Produce Department Manager

Lead a team while delivering high-quality ready-to-enjoy produce and an excellent guest experience!

As a Fresh Cut Lead, you’ll guide a team of fresh cut produce associates to ensure the highest standards in fresh, ready-to-enjoy fruits and vegetables. You’ll oversee inventory, maintain department standards, and create a seamless shopping experience for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
• Support & Train the Team Lead, coach, and train fresh cut produce associates to ensure high performance and exceptional service.
• Maintain Fresh Inventory Monitor stock levels, track shrink, and ensure accurate pricing.
• Oversee Department Standards Ensure quality, food safety, and cleanliness are consistently met.
• Engage with Guests Assist with product selection, take special orders, and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with store leadership and vendors to keep the Fresh Cut department running smoothly.
• Keep the Department Organized Maintain a clean and efficient workspace to support productivity.
• Honor Commitments Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
