Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, offers a French Translation Internship for Summer 2027. You will translate marketing materials, product information, and customer communications for the Canadian market, while learning from Uline’s translation team.

This 12-week paid internship is open to juniors pursuing a Bachelor’s in Translation or related field, with bilingual English/French proficiency.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Translation or related field.

Position Responsibilities

• Help connect Uline with French-speaking customers by translating and adapting marketing materials, product information and customer communications for the Canadian market.
• Translate and review digital and print content, including product descriptions, web copy and video subtitles, ensuring accuracy, consistency and the right tone.
• Research terminology and use translation resources to deliver clear, high-quality French content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and translation vendor partners to support quality translations and localization efforts.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Translation or related field.
• Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Interest in French-Canadian translation and supporting customers in Québec.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
