Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is offering a Summer 2027 French Translation Internship. You will translate and adapt content for French-speaking customers, gaining hands-on experience with Uline’s translation team on-site at Corporate Headquarters.

The paid 12-week program targets bilingual students pursuing a degree in Translation or related field. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, ensure tone and accuracy, and receive housing and mentorship during the internship.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Translation or related field.
• Bilingual (English / French) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Interest in French-Canadian translation and supporting customers in Québec.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt content for French-speaking customers for the Canadian market.
• Translate and review digital and print content, including product descriptions and web copy, ensuring accuracy and tone.
• Research terminology and use translation resources to deliver high-quality French content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and translation vendor partners to support quality translations and localization efforts.

• Translate and review digital and print content, including product descriptions, web copy and video subtitles, ensuring accuracy, consistency and the right tone.
• Research terminology and use translation resources to deliver clear, high-quality French content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and translation vendor partners to support quality translations and localization efforts.
