Job summary

CR Languages, LLC is looking for qualified French instructors to teach online or in-person with a schedule you control. You’ll guide students interested in French cinema, cuisine, and culture and help them confidently use what they learn.

Set your availability in Mountain Time, with mornings, early afternoons, or evenings. Attend training, use our materials, and keep simple attendance and progress records. Teach online or in-person and collaborate in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 2+ years of teaching experience if no degree.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience (bonus if in French).
• Native fluency and deep cultural knowledge of the French-speaking world.

You’ll guide students drawn to French cinema, cuisine, or its doors into other Romance languages, and give them the confidence to actually use what they’re learning. Your fluency and cultural fluency both matter here.

What to Expect?

Teachers for CR Languages should expect the following:

• Teach private and group classes, 2–5 hours a week (grow at your own pace).
• Attend CR Languages teacher training before you start.
• Use our materials, and online platform.
• Keep simple records of attendance and student progress.
• Teach online or in-person.

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• 4-year degree — or 2+ years of teaching experience if you don’t have one.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience (bonus points if it’s in French).
• Native fluency and deep cultural knowledge of the French-speaking world.
• Comfortable working in English (meetings, training and contracts are in English).
