Job summary

Miele is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chats, delivering high-quality service and completing a comprehensive training program.

Based in Greece or relocating applicants are welcomed, with a fully paid relocation package, private health insurance, and extra salary months. The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a competitive monthly salary and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of French (written and verbal) and a high level of English.
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in CV and/or Cover Letter.
• EU passport is required.
• You must live in Greece or be willing to relocate there; relocation package offered.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats.
• Support customers on behalf of Miele; provide helpful, timely assistance.
• Complete full training provided to get up to speed quickly.
