Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to support PayPal users. Based in Greece, you’ll answer customer inquiries remotely via phone, email, and online chat. Full training is provided to ensure excellence in service.

You must have a C1/C2 level of French, English proficiency, and be eligible for relocation with an EU passport. A competitive monthly salary and relocation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have French level C1/C2, written and spoken.
• Must include native language and nationality in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport required; relocation to Greece.
