Job Description

The Brunswick School Department seeks an experienced and enthusiastic middle-level teacher to serve as a long-term substitute for grades 6-8 French. The position will run for8-12 weeks starting in late January. The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Experience as a 6-8teacher preferred
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and share best practice
• Experience working on grade level and interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and assessment
• Interested in innovative approaches
• Skilled at working with all students
• Capacity to utilize technology to enhance practice
• State of Maine certification and CHRC approval are required.
