Qualifications
- Heart for children and genuine passion for early childhood development.
- French language skills (bilingual or fluent).
- Collaborative spirit with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm.
- Physical capability to engage actively with children (lifting up to 45 lbs).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience in licensed childcare (1+ years) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide children 0-5 through developmental milestones and foster a love of learning.
- Create interactive French immersion experiences and play-based activities.
- Maintain and nurture safe, engaging classroom environments.
- Document each child's progress and share with families.
- Partner with families to celebrate achievements and milestones.
