French Early Years Teacher (UK Visa Sponsorship)

Bilingual Nurseries & Les Petites Etoiles are high-quality bilingual nurseries that provide spacious, bright classrooms for children to learn, grow and play.

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in French-speaking candidates with experience looking after children from 0 to 4 years old. We are especially interested in candidates with the following qualifications:

  • CAP Petites Enfance

Role

  • You will assist with all daily routines, supervise the children in their daily activities, helping to organise and prepare activities and materials.
  • Assisting with settling new children following the Settling in Policy.
  • Supporting the children with their personal care routines.
  • Supporting the Key Person with duties that must be carried out throughout the day.

Locations

  • Tufnell Park (Working across all age groups)
  • Crouch Hill (Working across all age groups)

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate with and understand children.
  • Great people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with parents.
  • Good spoken and written English (AND French if working as a French speaker).
  • Competent IT skills (Word, email).
  • Confidence to put into practice what you know.
  • Resilient (strong) yet also caring and great empathy.
  • Able to take constructive criticism.
  • Able to be self-reflective to improve constantly.

Study Requirement

For unqualified candidates, you will be required to study for an early years qualification recognised by OFSTED to learn the EYFS.
