Overview

Join a third party Financial Services company as a French bilingual Customer Service Representative in a work from home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Call auto lease and loan customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance (e.g., cancelled coverage, missed payments, missing documents) to gather information and assist with problem resolution.
  • Call on behalf of insurance providers (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to verify insurance details and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Engage in informative calls only; this role is not sales or collections.
  • Make up to 14 calls per hour, with the majority of the day on the phone.
  • Verify insurance with agents and upload information to the company’s internal website.
  • Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer, based on client-approved scripts.
  • This is essentially a contract role with potential transfer to another department or continuation after 2–3 months based on performance.
Main Position Details
  • Start: 11/03
  • Pay: $16.00/hr
  • Training: First 2 weeks, 8:30am–5:00pm CST (classroom training, shadowing, handling calls with listening in)
  • Schedule: Must be open to one of the options below
    • Tuesday – Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm CST & Saturday 7:00am – 4:00pm CST
    • Monday – Friday 10:30am – 7:00pm CST
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Duration: 3-month contract, with potential move to another department based on performance
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Comfortable being on the phones all day
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
