The Modern Languages program at The University of the Virgin Islands seeks to build a pool of qualified applicants for possible positions in French and Spanish (lower-division language classes).
Contract offer is contingent upon demonstration of professional–level proficiency ( ACTFL Superior, or equivalent) in both English and the target language and eligibility to work in the United States.

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Spanish, French, Second Language Acquisition or related field

Preferred Qualifications

College level teaching experience and experience teaching language using the Communicative Method to teach hybrid courses is desirable.
