Qualifications

• M.A. in the target language (literature or culture).
• Native or advanced fluency in the target language.
• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• One year of experience teaching college-level language.
• Training in foreign language pedagogy and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Align courses with current curriculum outlines and apply best teaching practices.
• Collaborate with mentors and instructors to ensure consistent syllabi and assessments.
• Provide inclusive, culturally representative content and timely feedback to students.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and documentation in the LMS; submit grades by deadlines.
• Create a positive learning environment for on-site and hybrid delivery.
