Job summary

Kohl's in Virginia Beach is seeking an energetic Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations, including freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment. You will greet customers, stock shelves, and maintain product protection standards.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, the ability to multi-task, and a readiness to learn Kohl's brand standards and inventory procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required; candidate must be 16 or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Execute all product protection standards
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and procedures
