Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure correct freight flow to the sales floor, and maintain back stock per the company plan.

The role includes managing damaged goods disposition to minimize loss and serving as a store keyholder for operational coverage. You will supervise associates, plan and verify shipments, and ensure merchandise is displayed accurately while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks while working within strict timeframes and deadlines.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining equipment and a safe dock and exterior.
• Adhere to company standards, confirm accuracy of incoming merchandise, and set up displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of other Associates assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and complete any additional responsibilities including opening/closing the store.
