In the role of Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:
  1. Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects
  2. Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
  3. Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  4. Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
  5. Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
  6. Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
  7. Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
  8. Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed
  9. Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • A license/certification
  • PMP certification
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Ability to interact with various design teams, with excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
