Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in Chicago seeks a Transportation Analyst to analyze data, create routing and load plans, and develop performance metrics using established tools.

You will serve as escalation point for load planners, support freight execution, investigate payment discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders on cost reductions within the E2open Transportation Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 3–5+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics.
• Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level.
• Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies.
• Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management.
• Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System.
• Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
