Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support daily store operations in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and ensuring accurate inventory flow to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing FedEx shipments, using POS software, maintaining shipment paperwork, and contributing to a neat, organized workspace while delivering high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: verify merchandise invoices, handle alterations and returns to guests via FedEx, check freight slips, ensure transfers match, package items properly for shipment.
• Visual Merchandise Management: tag garments, hang/fold merchandise, prepare for floor display, assist on floor projects.
• Operations: flexible schedule including holidays, learn POS software, receive freight and store transfers, maintain shipment paperwork, monitor security, create FedEx labels, process RTVs, keep supplies organized, communicate policy violations.
