Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Erie, PA seeks a Freight Coordinator to manage daily receiving, shipping, backroom upkeep, and routine cleaning in our retail space. You will support store management with operational tasks and ensure accurate processing of shipments.

Successful candidates will demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to Buckle's guest experience. This is a full‑time role with typical retail hours, including busy holiday periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices vs items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork.
• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through the register.
• Keep supplies in stock and organized (boxes, transfer bags, printer paper, hangers, sensors).
• Organize fixtures and shelving.
