Job summary

Sam's Club in the United States is seeking an associate to deliver excellent member service while upholding company policies and ethics. You will assist members with self-service technology, help with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote Walmart products and services.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, ethics, and standards by applying Open Door Policy and executing business processes.
• Operates forklift following safety standards and handles merchandise pallets.
• Receives stocks and manages inventory flow across the facility.
• Provides member service by assisting with self-service technology and helping purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy.
• Identifies shrink opportunities and reports unsafe conditions or practices.
