Responsibilities

• Complies with policies and ethics by following action plans and open-door policy.
• Operates forklift following company standards to move merchandise and pallets.
• Receives and organizes stock from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow.
• Provides member service by helping customers with self-service technologies and purchase decisions.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the facility, reports hazards and follows glass/steel safety standards.
• Maintains sales floor, merchandising presentation, and proper product displays; rotates stock and processes defective items.
• Fulfills club pickup orders by selecting and staging items efficiently and within policy.
• Tracks inventory, reports shrinkage, and uses inventory tools safely.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and works with team to implement changes.
