Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: verify merchandise invoices against items received; communicate alterations, layaways, or special orders via FedEx; ensure transfer and packing slip accuracy; manage shipments to guests and stores; prepare boxes and tags; ensure proper presentation of products.
• Operations: maintain flexible schedule; learn POS software; process freight and store transfers; handle recalls and RTVs; organize supplies and fixtures; keep area neat and compliant with policies; support store leadership with merchandise handling.
